How long until my order ships?
Everything is made to order in our Tomball, Texas shop. Standard pieces typically print, assemble, and ship within 3–5 business days. Custom pieces (names, numbers, new mascots) add a design-approval step — we'll give you a timeline with your quote.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes — free local pickup in the Tomball / Houston area. Choose pickup at checkout and we'll message you when your order is ready with pickup details. No shipping cost, no waiting on carriers.
How big are the medallions?
Five sizes across the lineup: Small (approx. 4 in), Standard (approx. 6 in), Oversized (approx. 8 in), Mega (approx. 10 in), and Super Mega (approx. 14 in). Each mascot is sized to look its best, so most designs come in two or three of the five; the exact options and dimensions are listed on every product page. When in doubt, go bigger: it reads from the top row.
Is the chain included, and how long is it?
Yes. Every medallion ships ready to wear on our standard tri-color spirit chain in navy, silver, and white: 27 links, approx. 34 inches, and it fits over a jersey, a hoodie, or a very excited senior. One chain, one colorway, no extra decisions at checkout. Need a spare? The chain is also sold on its own.
Can I swap medallions between chains?
Yes, and that's the best part. The chain's interchangeable link adapter clips any of our medallions on or off in seconds, so you can move a medallion between chains or build a game-day rotation: one chain, every mascot and moment in your collection.
Can I add a name or uniform number?
Absolutely — that's our favorite thing to do. Send us your special request and we'll get you a cost and a proof before we print.
Can I use a medallion as a purse charm?
Yes! Pop the medallion off the chain and it hangs beautifully from a ribbon on a bag or backpack. Heads up: we don't furnish the ribbon.
How do I care for it?
Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Don't leave it in a hot car (this is Texas — we know). It's a celebration prop, not a toy: contains small parts, not for children under 3.
