How long until my order ships?
Everything is made to order in our Tomball, Texas shop. Standard pieces typically print, assemble, and ship within 3–5 business days. Custom pieces (names, numbers, new mascots) add a design-approval step — we'll give you a timeline with your quote.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes — free local pickup in the Tomball / Houston area. Choose pickup at checkout and we'll message you when your order is ready with pickup details. No shipping cost, no waiting on carriers.
How big are the medallions?
Most designs come in two sizes — each mascot is sized to look its best, with exact options and dimensions listed on every product page. Some designs come in a single size, and select designs go extra large for maximum sideline presence.
How long are the chains?
All hype chains are a standard 34 inches with an easy slide-in hook — fits over a jersey, a hoodie, or a very excited senior. And here's the best part: the medallions are interchangeable. Every medallion has a standard bar built in that fits the chain hooks, so you can swap medallions on and off the same chain — one chain, every mascot and moment in your collection.
Can I add a name or uniform number?
Absolutely — that's our favorite thing to do. Send us your special request and we'll get you a cost and a proof before we print.
Can I use a medallion as a purse charm?
Yes! Medallion-only orders hang beautifully from a ribbon on a bag or backpack. Heads up: we don't furnish the ribbon.
How do I care for it?
Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Don't leave it in a hot car (this is Texas — we know). It's a celebration prop, not a toy: contains small parts, not for children under 3.
