- Made to order: standard pieces ship within 3–5 business days of ordering; custom pieces get a timeline with the design approval.
- Carrier: all orders ship via FedEx with tracking, with expedited options available at checkout.
- Local pickup: free in the Tomball / Houston area — select it at checkout and we'll message you when it's ready.
- Packaging: medallions ship face-protected in rigid boxes; chains coil separately so nothing scuffs in transit.
Care
- Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth — no solvents or abrasives.
- Keep it out of hot cars and direct summer sun for long stretches; layered prints prefer the shade.
- Store flat or hanging. It's built to survive a student section, but it's still a display piece — not a chew toy, frisbee, or stress test.
- Contains small parts — not for children under 3.
